    Open Member Login and enter the same email you used at checkout.

    Tap the link

    We email you a secure sign-in link. Tap it and you're in the Nest. Repeat any time you sign in on a new device.

Questions

When is my card charged?

At checkout. The Season Pass is a single $60 charge. The Monthly Pass charges $8 at checkout and then once a month on the same date.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, for either pass. After 7 days, the Season Pass is not refundable. Monthly members can cancel anytime and won't be charged again.

How do I cancel a monthly pass?

Email ahseaglebasketball@gmail.com from the address on your membership and we'll cancel it before your next charge.

I paid but can't get in.

Make sure you're entering the exact email you used at checkout on the Member Login page, and check your spam or promotions folder for the sign-in link. Membership can take a few minutes to activate after payment. Still stuck? Email ahseaglebasketball@gmail.com.

Can our whole family use one pass?

The pass is tied to one email address. Anyone in your household with access to that inbox can request a sign-in link on their own device.
